Chatham House – Moving Energy Initiative microsite
The Moving Energy Initiative (MEI) is a collaboration led by Chatham House which seeks to meet the energy needs of refugees and internally displaced people in ways which are safe, healthy and respectful.
Soapbox designed and built an interactive microsite with a dual purpose: to collate the project’s various resources and to present its findings and actions in a clear, engaging manner.
Night-time photography from refugee camps breathes space into the pages and provides a compelling backdrop to the content, while infographics throughout the page make the scale of the problem easy to grasp. We also provided copy-writing assistance, helping Chatham House to condense complex messages and extensive research into clear, easily digestible web copy.
